Intense, dark, and dense ruby-garnet in colour, with a bright, youthful hue. The nose is graceful and expressive, offering great aromatic intensity, with toasty notes from oak ageing that are beautifully balanced with ripe fruit. On the palate, a touch of sweetness appears first, followed by good density and smooth tannic evolution. The finish is long, well-rounded, and exceptionally pleasant.

Les Capucins

Pauillac’s bold, structured Cabernet Sauvignon-based wines pair beautifully with roast lamb, ribeye steak, venison, and rich beef stews, as well as hard cheeses like Comté or aged Cheddar. Earthy dishes such as mushroom risotto or truffle-infused meals also complement its depth and complexity.
