My love of baking, together with the gluten free demands within my family, led me to create a flour blend that is the perfect alternative to gluten containing flours. The result is this award winning Plain White Flour, a gluten free store cupboard essential. Today there is an increasing need for foods free from gluten and other allergens including milk, peanut, egg and soya.

Decent GF Flour
Good GF flour, (albeit of course not as good as regular Wheat flour, but then nearly all GF products are compromised.) baked decent bread, pitta bread and pancakes, but best rising is achieved using eggs (especially egg whites), some olive oil and Xanthum gum in the recipes. made nice fluffy pancakes
I love this brand, I use this flour mainly for sauces and baking, works well and is gluten free.
Weevils and funny taste
Like many other reviewers, I found huge red weevils in my packet, fortunately caught them before they spread. This was my first time of trying GF flour and I found it to have a very strong, unpleasant after taste. Have since tried the self raising flour from the sane brand which tastes the same, I really don’t like it. So am now working my way through rye, coconut, chickpea etc alternatives instead
I can't believe this flour, is it just me with a bad batch or do ALL GF products taste like this...I've made cookies, cakes and pancakes and all came out gritty. I sieved the flour too so not sure what's happened there
I like using this flour
A celiac visitor was delighted to have fish coated with a little of this flour, seasoned & pan fried. . 'Said it was the 1st time he's eating 'coated' fish in years! . Success!
