Product Information

For our Cabernet Sauvignon, we turned to the Sonoma Country region that's most renowned for the grape, Alexander Valley. In the warm, sun-drenched days and cool, crisp nights, our Cabernet Sauvignon ripens slowly, developing its signature rich, complex character and classic fruit notes of blackberry, blueberry and plum.

Please drink responsibly: The UK Chief Medical Officers recommend adults do not regularly drink more than 14 units per week

Regional information

At 22 miles in length running North-South with 15,000 acres of vineyards, Sonoma County's Alexander Valley appellation lies east of the Dry Creek Valley. It encompasses the sandy plain of the Russian River, as well as the slopes of the mountains separating Alexander Valley from Napa Valley. Alexander Valley experiences very warm daytime temperatures, yet benefits from the maritime influence bringing cool nighttime temperatures.

Tasting notes

Opens with aromas of fresh damp earth, cigar box and ripe plum, framed by hints of tea leaf and toasted oak. Juicy flavours of blackberry, black cherry, black currant and tea leaf culminate in a complex finish with soft, fine-grained tannins.

Vinification details

A late ripening variety, Cabernet Sauvignon enjoyed ample hang time on the vines before being picked at the pinnacle of flavour maturity. The result from such a cooperative and temperate harvest is vibrant, concentrated wine with ripe fruit flavours, generous texture and incredible depth.
