Features
The French Ambush project's "raison d'tre" is to produce vin de soif wines with the most quintessentially French character possible. This Viognier from Béziers is chic and classy, reflected by the glamorous, red-lipped, beret-wearing lady on the lable. A rather floral Viognier on the nose, it is full and round on the palate, nicely balanced with a lasting finish. An elegant, fine and refreshing white wine full of French "joie de vivre".
Further description
At 25m of altitude there are recent alluvial formations of low terraces of the River Orb, composed of sands and gravel under silty cover in different layers more or less undifferentiated.
