Preparation and Usage
675g frozen French fries or 4 medium potatoes (approx. 675g), unpeeled
1 tbs oil or spray oil
For tasty seasoned fries;
1. Cook fries according to pack instructions.
2. Toss with the seasoning then serve.
For tasty seasoned wedges;
1. Pre-heat the oven or air fryer at 200°C, 400°F, Gas mark 6.
2. Cut potatoes into wedges and coat or spray with oil. Cook in the oven or air fryer, until cooked through and golden. For oven cooking allow 30-40 mins and for air fryers allow 20-25 mins, depending on the size of your wedges.
3. Remove from the oven or air fryer when cooked, sprinkle over the sachet contents and toss to coat evenly.
For a milder flavour, simply sprinkle over less seasoning.
LOAD 'EM UP! Top the seasoned wedges or fries with grated cheese and popping back in the oven or air fryer for a few minutes to melt the cheese. Delicious served with mayo with a squeeze of French's Classic Yellow Mustard mixed in.
Also great with sweet potatoes or corn on the cob.

Love it!
These fries are a flavorful delight with a crunchy texture and that perfect smokiness that gives a great taste! The seasoning adds the flavor of the Southern cuisine. Each bite provides a satisfying crunch! Loved it
A must have seasoning!
An easy way to upgrade your chips or wedges with minimum effort. We used the seasoning on homemade chips that had been cooked in the air fryer and it made them extra tasty. The flavours all compliment each other really well. It’s a must have seasoning to have in your cupboard!

I love French food and I guess that is the reason I was curious about this French Smoky Southern seasoning. I also like to prepare fried and wedges in the air fryer and I feel it is essential to give it an extra flavour to it. I quite like the combination of flavours of smoked paprika in this seasoning. Also, it is a quite good portion to use in a nice quantity of fries. It is value for money! It’s also perfect to make thick wedges for the whole family. I would buy it again! I love it.
My favourite of them all
I’m such a sucker for chips so I’m pretty fussy with seasonings but wow this was insane and my new absolute favourite seasoning! We even had it on cubed potatoes honestly 10/10
Frenchs Smoky Southern Fries
We love home made chips with our dinners and this seasoning was absolutely delicious, we will be using it again. Plenty of flavouring and not over powering.
