For a classic dish, toss your gnocchi with a pesto sauce. You can also try a creamy tomato sauce or a rich mushroom and cream sauce. Or, for a lighter alternative, simply toss with butter, herbs, and a sprinkle of umami flavour such as Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.

Made in Italy. Fresh potato gnocchi made with potato purée from potato flakes and potato starch, salt and a dusting of rice flour. Not suitable for people with a milk allergy, due to the manufacturing process. Packed in a protective atmosphere. Keep refrigerated at 0°C to 5°C and, once opened, consume within three days. Suitable for home freezing. Cook in boiling salted water: when they rise to the surface, cook for two minutes more.

Cooking instructions
1. Boil 1 litre of salted water per 100g of gnocchi in a large saucepan.
2. Add the gnocchi and cook over high heat until the first gnocchi rises to the surface (about 1-2 minutes).
3. Gently remove the gnocchi from the water with a slotted or skimming spoon. Add the sauce of your choice and enjoy while hot.
Note: check the food is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked.
