Simple Steps:
1. Fill standard oral syringe (not included) with accurate dose of medicine
2. Insert syringe into the soother's medicine tube with slight twist
3. Place the soother in baby's mouth with medicine tube to either cheek and slowly push medicine through
4. Twist syringe out and close tab to use as a soother

Cleaning Instructions:
Clean soother with warm, soapy water between each use to remove any residual medicine
