YOU'LL NEED (SERVES 4): 1 pack Frood Bella Bolognese Blend, 500g mince (meat, vegan, beans or lentils), 500ml water, 2 tbsp oil of your choice. HOW TO MAKE: 1) Heat the oil over medium heat. 2) Add protein and cook until lightly browned (5-6 mins for meat, 3-4 for plant-based; skip for beans/lentils). 3) Stir in the Frood blend until combined. 4) Add water (and beans/lentils if using) and simmer for 14-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. OPTIONAL: For an even richer tomato sauce, stir in a few crushed tomatoes.
