Frood Swedish Meatball is a ready-to-cook vegetable and spice blend made from real ingredients and nothing else. Tender and comforting, it combines wholegrain oats, spinach, linseed, onion and garlic with parsley, nutmeg and warm spices. Just mix it with milk (or a plant-based alternative), an egg and your mince (meat or plant-based), shape and fry, and home-cooked meatballs for 4 are ready in 20 minutes. It is high in fibre, with nothing ultra-processed. Serve with mash and greens, or shape it into burgers.

YOU'LL NEED (SERVES 4): 1 pack Frood Swedish Meatball Blend, 500g mince (meat or vegan), 1 small egg (or vegan substitute), 125ml milk (dairy or plant-based). Use 75-100ml liquid with lean meat like chicken or turkey. 2 tbsp butter, or oil of your choice. HOW TO MAKE: 1) Mix the Frood blend and milk in a bowl. 2) Leave to rest for 5-6 minutes. 3) Add the mince and egg, then mix well. 4) Shape into meatballs. 5) Fry in butter, ghee or extra virgin olive oil over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
