A wondrous amalgam of fruit, almonds, stem ginger and sticky caramel, dipped in rich Belgian dark chocolate. Is it an indulgent French biscuit to be munched at high tea with friends? Or a naughty treat to savour after dinner, with a glass of sweet wine? Jolly well try both!

These are heavenly. So chewy and delicious! We devoured the whole packet in 10mins flat, oops.
The best ever florentines I have tasted in my life so far! They are so incredibly moreish and was gone in a few minutes!
non recyclable packaging
These biscuits are delicious, however the amount of packaging they come in is ridiculous. Cardboard box - ok! Film packaging, not recyclable. Black plastic tray - not recyclable. I cant buy products that add to the massive environmental problems we are creating any more. The biscuits only last a week in our house, the plastic packaging will only start to break down into harmful micro plastics hundreds of years from now. Eventually ending up in the food chain, as well lungs and guts of generations to come. Thomas Fudge needs to do better.
What a treat! These are absolutely delicious. The perfect end-of-the-day treat with a nice cuppa. Definitely not for sharing with the kids.
Honestly the best florentine's I have ever tasted
These are gorgeous. There is nothing to dislike about them except their effect on your waistline. If I could eat them every day I would. The chocolate is generous and the florentine itself is gooey and crunchy. Expensive, yes, but you get what you pay for. Absolutely scrummylicious
I am, I freely admit, a Florentine snob. Travel to France or Belgium if you want better than these. I challenge you to eat just one and feel you have had enough
