The Mediterranean estate of Château Galoupet has existed on the map since the 18th century and in 1955 the terroir became a Cru Classé Côtes de Provence, one of just 18 in the region. Château Galoupet is an organic French rosé wine estate anchored between land and sea, discover a Mediterranean wine born from an exceptional sanctuary of biodiversity.

The Mediterranean estate of Château Galoupet has existed on the map since the 18th century and in 1955 the terroir became a Cru Classé Côtes de Provence, one of just 18 in the region. Over the years, Château Galoupet came under the management of different proprietors, nurtured by some and neglected by others. We arrived just in time in July 2019, to restore the ecosystem to its previous glory. In spring 2022, we presented our first Provence wines in organic conversion.

The Mediterranean is within easy reach with G de Galoupet, our new cuvée that embodies a subtle balance of freshness, indulgence, and finesse. It captures the essence of the Provençal terroir through its blend of five grape varieties: Grenache, Cinsault, Rolle, Syrah, and Tibouren, which is the signature of the Maison. Its pale pink colour with peach reflections enhances this wine, made from organic farming, which pairs perfectly from aperitif to dessert, in all seasons.

2024 was marked by very nice autumn and spring rainfalls, which replenished the soils well. Some of us even harvested wonderful mushrooms in the wooded areas of the estate, but they are keeping the locations of their discoveries a secret... The summer then stayed true to Provence, warm and sunny, allowing for optimal ripeness of the berries. Our wines capture all the generosity of the vintage, with a beautiful intensity, a silky structure, and a lovely length on the finish.
