Vinification Details

The carefully selected grapes were chilled to 4°C before being destemmed and gently pressed. The wine was made without any oak influence to preserve the fresh and varietal characteristics of the Assyrtiko grapes and the distinctive expression of the Nemea terroir.

should have taken notice of the previous review

I love Greek wines and been visiting Greece for 30yrs .. This was on offer considerably cheaper than normal I read that he previous review and thought everyone can have different taste Oh I wish I had taken notice everything they said was a 100% true .. could have got a cheap Pinot Nothing like a Greek wine I have ever drunk So disappointed and wasted my hard earned money

more like pinot grigio

After having tried some wonderful bottles of Assyrtiko, I was excited to find this on Ocado. The problem with this wine is that it lacks flavour. It really reminds me of pinot grigio, no acidity, no salinity, just white grape juice. If thats what you like, fine, buy it. But this is not at all what Assyrtiko tastes like.
