Golden clusters of jumbo oats, toasted hazelnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and plump sultanas, slowly roasted in honey, soft brown sugar and golden syrup. Granola just as it should be: golden, crunchy and moreish.

Our classic granola is baked in small batches by hand for a deeply caramelised flavour and crunch. It's as delicious on yoghurt and porridge as it is with your favourite milk. You can even enjoy it straight out of the box -perfect for when you need an afternoon pick-me-up.

From our central bakery in north London, we slowly roast a medley of hazelnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds with plump, juicy sultanas and jumbo oats. Gail's is a modern craft bakery. Our ethos is to make good food by sourcing seasonally and sustainably, working with like-minded producers who share our commitment to a healthier food system. Since opening our first bakery in Hampstead in 2005, we've carefully scaled this approach to bring craft-made food to high-street bakeries and grocery aisles across the country. Though we've grown over the years, our commitment today remains the same: to make food that tastes good and does good.
