Galipette Rosé Non Alc is the latest addition to our cider collection. Crafted from rare redfleshed Pommes à Chair Rouge , it captures the essence of a true rosé with a delightful taste and a naturally varying deep amber hue in each batch.
These exceptional apples, grown in the green and lush orchards of Normandy, are celebrated for their crisp acidity and the rich red pigments found not only in their skin but also within their flesh, giving rise to this unique, all-natural colour.
Utilizing a centuries-old keeving process, we preserve the natural and fruity sweetness by preventing the wild yeast from fully fermenting the juice. The result is an exceptionally refreshing non-alcoholic cider. Savour its lively acidity and gratifying flavour throughout the summer, or let it transport you to the promise of endless summer days.
