Love this. I have dry and very sensitive skin and this is perfect for me. I have tried other miscalled waters and this seems to be the most gentle as it leaves no red marks and is even ok for removing mascara without irritation.
Great for sensitive skin
Doesnt dry or irritate my sensitive skin and effectively removes grime.
Leaping bunny approved?
Supposedly leaping bunny approved and suitable for vegans but the bottle doesnt feature either of the symbols which represents these..
product great. Cap partially breaks = injury risk
The product is great. I have sensitive skin and this doesnt give me a rash, despite the fact that Ive found its an excellent stain remover for baked beans, tomato sauce, chilli con carne, etc. One thing with the large bottles, the repeated opening action means one side of the cap hinge usually gives way leaving a sharp bit of plastic that can cut your fingers and knuckles quite badly. So watch out for that and when that happens open up the cap using a tissue over the broken hinge to protect your skin. The cuts can be nasty as the plastic edge is jagged as well as very sharp. Much worse than a paper cut. If you have another suitable bottle, decant the micellar water into it.
Does the job...
nicely. Was sent a free sample to review. I like Micellar water as a cleanser and this one is a goodun. Would consider buying in future.
almost does the job!
I agree with others in that it is gentle, however it does take a fair bit of elbow grease to get my mascara off!
