Really nice half moon pasta filled with ricotta and mushroom. I usually but the Soli mushroom ravioli but gave these a go instead. These were better as none of them split open whilst cooking whixh I find with the Soli ones. They smelt a bit strange when I opened the packet but once cooking smelt just like mushroom pasta should and tasted great. I cooked them in a frying pan with some chopped mushrooms , garlic, stock and a small tablespoon of soured cream tthen topped with pangratatto to make the pasta go a bit further as one box between two for a dinner (one person with a big appeptite) is a bit scant.
Really good flavour
Come on Ocado! Please hurry up and restock this range. Unlike other brands the filling didn't go all wet and soggy.
These were so lovely. I added them to a pan with some mushrooms and veggies and slowly cooked/fried them together. Just added some Pesto and perfect. Will definitely buy again.
Wonderful flavour of the mushrooms coming through in a beautiful rich yellow pasta. Super quick to make for dinner, stir through with butter and olive oil and some grated Parmesan on top. Lovely with a salad. Will certainly buy this again.
