favourite gluten free pasta
I like this as it has more protein than most gluten free options out there. It also has a good firm texture and doesnt go mushy. Is a pantry staple for me.
delicious taste
The taste of this pasta is delicious and to be enjoyed in its own right. Although gluten free pasta often does not bind well with some sauces like standard pasta, it just means it pairs best with other ingredients like chopped vegetables. My favourite with this pasta is tiny broccoli florets that have been only very slightly steamed and olive oil and salt -- bliss.
Lovely texture and good ingredients
Gluten free food versions often contain rice, and having a lot of it isn’t good for you. Love getting this pasta as it has no rice flour. It also cooks well, holds its shape and doesn’t break up. Most importantly, it tastes good as well!
child will eat it
My child ets this happily without seeming to taste much difference. To me, it tastes just like wheat pasta when pesto is on it. (Without pesto, I couldn't eat it, tasted too weird). But son is happy so we buy lots.
