Preparation and Usage
For 2/3 people, 250'g of couscous: add the same quantity of warm water or broth on the couscous, let it rest for 5 minute, then warm up slowly with some oil or butter, stirring quite often. Convenient and fast Garofalo couscous is ideal and delicious with meat, vegetables or fish.
