Premium Italian pasta maker Garofalo has been making high quality pasta since 1789 in Gragnano near Naples, the birth place of pasta in Italy.
Garofalo has always been a reference point for the high quality of its product and production processes, made now even more effective thanks to the combination of technology and century long artisan know how.
Pasta is simply made with water and durum wheat semolina and you can't produce excellent pasta if the best wheat is not used. It is the quality and quantity of gluten present primarily that determines the quality of the wheat. Garofalo

must have for baked ziti
This is the best pasta obviously for baked ziti! I love this brand, the pasta is always flavoursome and cooks so well.
Great brand great pasta
Garofalo doesn’t disappoint again. A slimmer longer tube that holds tomato sauces particularly well. I use this for traditional pesto also. Tastes great al-dente and is forgiving. One of my new faves.
Holds the sauce very well
These are more slender than plain penne pasta and more light. They have a lovely deep ridge that holds sauce much. Better too. Highly recommended.
Lovely texture and easy to eat.
These pieces, being narrower than the penne rigate, are much more pleasant to eat. They hold the sauce better inside, too. We have tried many pasta brands but kept returning to Garofalo as it has a nice smooth texture and holds its shape well. Even better when its on offer!
Great pasta!
I love all Garofalo pasta, and I’m so glad I was able to find penne lisce on Ocado! I’m Italian and it can be hard to find penne lisce even in Italy, because most people prefer penne rigate, but I love it! Highly recommend it
Yummy.
Everything by Garafolo is of supreme quality. These are our favourite shape. Go well with any sauce.
