Butter chicken curry
Shopping list (Serves 2):
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 Finely chopped onion
- 250-300g Diced chicken/paneer/vegetables
- 100ml Single cream
- 20g Ground cashews (optional)
- 20g Butter to garnish
- Handful of fresh coriander to garnish
Cooking instructions:
- Stir fry onion in oil until browned.
- Add choice of chicken/paneer/vegetables and cook until sealed.
- Stir in paste and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add 100ml water and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- Add cream and ground cashews and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with sliced butter and freshly chopped coriander.
- Ensure everything is thoroughly cooked before consuming.
Not suitable for microwave use.
