Preparation and Usage
Make it a Meal
Cook couscous according to package directions.
For a rich and flavorful dish add
Sliced, roasted zucchini
Sundried tomatoes cut into small pieces
Sliced, roasted portobella mushrooms
Red pepper flakes
Basil
And a splash of olive oil.
Directions for Preparation:
1. In a pot, lightly fry 1 cup Gefen Tricolor Couscous in 2 tablespoons of oil
2. Add 1 1/4 cups water and season if desired
3. Cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally
4. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 minutes
5. Fluff with fork
