Didnt really enjoy this bread, unfortunately they sell it everywhere and I think for the price you could find a lot better. They need to improve on their recipe as they are some awesome gluten-free products now a days that taste amazing if not better than normal flour.
R we can do it we
Im not really sure about these
My partner suffers from bloating so I decided to try him with this bread. He seems to like it, but it tastes a little sweet to me and goes very brittle - i.e. the crust crumbles off when frozen. I cant understand why gluten free is so expensive. Coeliacs on low incomes must struggle to afford it.
dry & powdery texture
Really dry and powdery when toasted, not a good buy.
The bread breaks up and is dry, there is better GF bread available
Horrible aftertaste and texture. Too sweet. Wouldnt recommend
