Tasting Notes
With, Juicy, crunchy red fruit on the palate and super aromatic, seductive red fruits on the nose. This wine evokes flavours of cherries, blueberries and plum. The wine has good structure - generous body but with acidity, giving the wine freshness. A wonderful, versatile food wine, but very drinkable on its own.

FEA was founded in 1963 -created by Vasco Maria Eugénio de Almeida, At least 25% of net profits from wine/olive oil business invested in the FEA Focus on the local Évora community. Including Social and cultural activities across the region; Évora University, Hospital, Social housing, Welfare e.g. for the elderly, Cultural heritage preservation

The fermentation takes place at 24-27°c in stainless steel
