Giffard Blue Curacao Liqueur

Liqueur of a deep blue caribbean color, evokating images of an exotic beachside. Made with distillates of sweet and bitter oranges peels.
•Nose : velvety, with strong notes of candied oranges, very pleasant floral bouquet
•Tasting notes : round and creamy mouth with an aromatic body dominated by citrus notes.


Use in place of triple sec in any cocktail for a fun summery vibe!

Pure crushed on ice or in cocktails. Try the simplified recipe the famous cocktail "Blue Lagoon" created by Andy MacElhone of Harry’s New-York Bar in Paris in 1960.
>Ingredients:
30 ml Vodka
30 ml Giffard Blue Curacao Liqueur
Fill with lemon soda


>Preparation:
1. Ice up the glass (highball)
2. Pour the ingredients
3. Briefly stir gently
4. Garnish with lemon wedge & cherry and serve
