Giffard, founded in 1885, we are a five generations family-owned and run liqueurs & syrups producers in France's Loire Valley. Plants are the source of our inspiration. Finding the best varieties of plants and fruits, so that their rich flavours can be extracted, has always been at the heart of what we do. This means respecting the environment and preserving nature, looking for natural solutions.

In order to keep all the organoleptic, physicochemical and sanitary qualities, they shall not undergo too high temperature changes. Important rises in temperature accelerate the ageing and can lead to significant damages. (loss of colour, mould, …)
Store in a cool dry place, away from light.
Optimal shelf life : 3 year in its sealed packaging
