Gum syrup is the standard cocktail sweetener across UK bars, clubs & pubs.
Giffard Gum syrup is made from pure sugar and gum Arabic & orange blossom extracts.
Very delicate taste of acacia sap with notes of orange blossom, honeysuckle and ginger.


Gum Arabic is an all-natural resin harvested from the Acacia tree. The gum consists of ber and protein, acting as an emulsier in the syrup, creating mouthfeel and body, ultimately unifying the ingredients of your cocktail.

Store in a cool dry place, away from light.
Optimal shelf life : 3 year in its sealed packaging

Perfect addition to cocktails, coffees, soft drinks and other beverages.
Mix it in a Whiskey Sour, Daiquiri, Cairpirinha and Mai Tai etc.
