Favourite Single Malt
This is one of our favourite single malts. We always make sure we have a bottle in and have gifted it to relatives on many occasions.
Warm and smooth
Delicious flavour with hints of fruit cake and spice. Very smooth and far too easy to drink, I have to pace myself with this one! Beautiful whisky for the price.
Smooth, nice neat
Very pleasant, smooth and enjoyable on the rocks! Tastes goof quality Perfect to enjoy on the weekend. Bottle is nice
Excellent
I was impressed by this single malt. Nice bottle and very smooth, with a satisfyingly warm finish.
Outstanding
I'm stunned by the price. This is an absolute bargain and I can't help but feeling like I've underpaid or indeed that, in a couple of years time, the price will be heavily inflated. It's incredibly smooth, far too easy to drink with great generosity in sweetness and an incredible nose.
Surprisingly excellent
My initial reaction to this product, I have to confess, was not positive. I thought that the quality of the cardboard box in which it was presented was very poor, and was more like a cheap copy rather than a "proper" single malt Scotch whisky. However, when I opened the box, I realised that my reservations were unfounded. It is a really nice shape bottle and the whisky itself is a lovely pale amber colour. On opening it, I discovered that it has a lovely fruity, almost caramel smell, reminiscent a bit of a fruit cake, and it was really smooth and almost creamy on the palette. I will definitely be buying this one again.
