St Kevin, the man on our bottle, stood apart. This whisk does the same. It has sucked the marrow out of two casks. An American bourbon barrel gives sweet, toasted vanilla notes. A Spanish Oloroso Sherry barrel adds hints of dark, dried fruit. Non-chill-filtered for truer character.

The nose
Rich with dark fruit, cherry, raisin, fig and Christmas pudding. Floral notes with lemongrass, citrus and a touch of nutmeg.

Sweet and smooth, with butterscotch, honey and peppercorn, dried fruit, maraschino cherries and brown sugar.
The finish.
Ginger spices a touch of almond and earthiness.
