Impossible to separate
The flavour was nice but impossible to separate and remove from the plastic without tearing to shreds
Good buy - does have plastic separator sheets
I bought this to wrap some beef fillet for a posh dinner for friends. Some people have commented that they don't like the plastic separator sheets. It does have them. I actually don't care either way but I did want to be able to separate the slices nicely to wrap the beef. That worked nicely. Very tasty too so it ticked all the boxes.

I bought this Prosciutto di Parma to try it out as I wasn't overly impressed with the Waitrose own brand one, and was surprised by its good quality flavour and texture and very reasonable price. At this price I'm going to be treating myself more often.
