Their expertise lies in selecting the finest shade-grown leaves from the spring harvest, and then skilfully blending them to give this Matcha its vibrant green colour, fresh, vegetal character and just the right level of astringency to cut through milk.

Store in a cool, dry place, or even better tightly sealed in the fridge.

To make a latte, measure 3g powder into a small bowl. Add hot (around 80°C, not boiling) water & whisk into a smooth paste until no lumps remain. Combine with your preferred milk, hot or cold, and enjoy! Optional: Sweeten to taste with honey or agave.
