Very healthy. Shame not organic
This is an excellent way for vegans to get additional protein- all very healthy, so my husband and I, both retired doctors, have a spoonful daily with cereals. Recommend but wish was organic.
I mixed this with three large spoons of Tims Dairy Greek Kefir yoghurt, an extra spoon of Chia seeds and a scoop of vanilla protein powder and it taste like a pudding, packed with protein!
I'm always looking for more ways to increase my protein intake, so I used a 30g scoop to try and reach that extra 12g protein. I had this with a greek yoghurt and was happy with the taste and texture, as well as that protein and health boost.
I really enjoyed the texture that this gave my home made smoothies! Its packed full of goodness and a great way to add extra fibre to your diet, I just feel its quite expensive.
It is a fantastic way to power up your morning with a protein-packed punch. Its blend of milled seeds not only adds a delightful texture but also ensures a satisfying and nutritious begin for the day.
Great mixed with porridge or swirled into a yoghurt. I've also added to a homemade coffee and walnut cake and it really added another dimension. Not too sweet and full of goodness.
