Usually I always heat food like this but these are lovely straight from fridge, soft crumbly texture but not mushy, very nice pine nut and spinach flavour.
Was expecting not to like these as much as regular falafels, but was surprised at how nice they were. The crunch of pine nuts makes for a nice texture and the spinach flavour is subtle but tasty.
Very little spinach
You will not see it taste much spinach at all! Too little spinach for a product with the word spinach in is title. This aside, it was dry and crumbly falafel balls, with rather bland taste, cold or heated.
Really moist compared to Falafel
I found these moister than most Falafel type bites. I could genuinely eat them on their own. Im trying to focus on more protein and less carbs so had 4 of these with tomato salsa, yummy as on the go lunch.
Would buy again
I initially bought these because they were on offer. I heated them up and did not find them dry. They did not have as much flavour as the cheaper brand I normally buy, but were still tasty and I prefer the uncomplicated list of ingredients. I crumble them in salads, put them on top of soup or in a pitta. I have bought them several times.
Tasty but very short life
These were tasty but they have a much shorter life than advertised. I bought them a week ago and they have been unopened in the fridge but are now covered in mould despite having more than 3 weeks to go until the use by date. Very disappointed.
