Regional information
Champagne Gosset is situated in the Marne Valley. It was founded in Aÿ in 1584 but since 2009 has also had premises in Epernay. The Montagne de Reims and Marne Valley surround Epernay and Aÿ and are known for their chalky soils and hillside vineyards that provide excellent growing conditions for the vines.
Tasting notes
A radiant golden hue leads into a nose of white flowers, hawthorn, and crisp green apple, with subtle hints of apricot and citrus. On the palate, it is lively and structured, offering a silky mousse and complex notes of lemon zest, fleshy stone fruit, and a distinct saline minerality that drives a long, elegant finish.

Vinification details
Sourced from over a dozen villages (including Côtes des Blancs and Montagne de Reims), this wine is vinified and aged on fine lees to eliminate the risk of premature oxidation. Malolactic fermentation is carefully avoided to preserve the natural malic acid and fruit aromatics. The wine spends a minimum of 4 years in the cellar before disgorgement, with a moderate dosage (around 6g/L) to maintain balance without masking its mineral character.
