Directions:
A) Add contents of pouch to 1Ltr of boiling water and mix.
B) Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until noodles are cooked.

Herbs Stuffed Chicken Breast
Serves:4-6

Preparation time: 20 mins
Cooking time: 1 hour

Ingredients:
1.5kg chicken breasts
50ml white vinegar
500ml water
1 cup bread crumbs
1 can Dunns River Peas & Beans
1 small onion (chopped)
1 stalk spring onion (chopped)
1/4 tsp oregano
1 packet Grace Chicken Flavour Noodle Soup Mix
2 cloves garlic (chopped)
2 tbsp soy sauce

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F.) clean chicken with a mixture of white vinegar and water. Pat dry with paper towel.
2. Place chicken breasts on a cutting board, and flatten using a mallet.
3. Combine breadcrumbs, dunns river peas & beans, onion, spring onion, oregano, grace chicken flavour noodle soup mix, garlic, and soy sauce. Mix well.
4. Spoon combined ingredients on chicken breasts and roll. Wrap in aluminum foil and place on a baking tray. Bake for 1 hour
5. Remove aluminum foil and allow rolled chicken to brown lightly.
6. Serve garnished with spring onion curls or parsley.
