We only use stone ground whole corn to make the masa dough used in our tortilla chips. This ancient Mexican technique of nixtamalization gives the chips their great tasting corn flavour.

The dough is traditionally pressed before being sliced into large quarter cuts and quickly fried for a great crunch.

Make great nachos
I poured a tub of fresh salsa over, baked, added grated cheese and baked some more. Enough for 2 as a snack or light dinner
Amazing
Nice crisp tortilla chips with an amazing taste with or without a dip.
addictive
So much flavour! And good ingredients compared to other tortilla chips with rapeseed oil. Best
OMG! So delicious
These are large, crunchy tortilla chips with a good amount of Chipotle spice. Absolutely perfect and so moreish. I couldn't stop eating them. I bought them on a special offer and although they are quite expensive, I'd probably pay full price for them.
Flavoured, quality chips that go well with food
Most flavoured tortilla chips are fine for dipping, but the flavouring is to too much like normal crisps to have with actual food. These are different, they are the closest I have found to the old Phileas Fogg tortilla chips, if any one remembers those? They have an adequately intense, salty, chilli, spice thing going on, but it's not a fake 'flavouring' thats supposed to taste like cheese or whatever like crisps have- its just a tasty mix of salt and spices. They are also much bigger than normal chips and great for dipping in to a bowl of tex-mex beef chilli.
Thicker than other tortilla chips
Thicker than other tortillas so most remained whole. Not the most flavourful though but nice on the whole.
