Steak Burrito
3 tbsp Olive Oil
3 tbsp Gran Luchito Mild, Medium or Spicy Taco Seasoning
400g Steak, thinly sliced
Cooked Rice
Guacamole
Shredded Lettuce
Gran Luchito Burrito Wraps

2 tbsp Gran Luchito Chipotle Salsa

1. Toss the steak slices in Taco Seasoning.
2. Heat the olive oil in frying pan over medium heat and add the steak strips and cook for 5 mins (for medium).
3. Remove the steak from heat and leave to rest for 3 mins.
4. Warm the Burrito Wrap and in the centre add a spoonful of the steak, heated Refried Beans, rice, guacamole, shredded lettuce and salsa.

How to wrap a Burrito
Step 1: Make sure the tortilla is warm
Step 2: Assemble all your fillings on bottom center
Tip: avoid overfilling
Step 3: Fold tortilla sides towards the center
Step 4: Then fold up tortilla from the bottom
Step 5: Keep rolling up the wrap
Make sure to keep it light!

Cooking Instructions - General. Best: Hot, dry pan, 1 minute each side.; Microwave - From Ambient. Remove from pack. Heat 1 minute (750W) for 6 wraps, or 10 seconds per wrap.; Oven cook - From Ambient. Wrap in foil. Heat at 180°C for 5 minutes. Keep warm and covered until ready to serve.

Easy Chicken Burrito Makes 4 Burritos
Makes 4 burritos
You'll need:
400g Chicken breast, sliced
Gran Luchito mild, medium or spicy taco seasoning
2 Tbsp olive oil
4 Gran Luchito burrito wraps
Toppings:
Gran Luchito chipotle salsa
Guacamole
Shredded lettuce
Sour cream
Grated cheddar
1. Coat the chicken with the taco seasoning.
2. Heat the oil in a pan and cook the chicken for about 6 minutes until golden and cooked through. 3. Warm the wraps.
4. Fill with the cooked chicken and your choice of toppings.
5. Roll. Eat. Repeat.

Breakfast Burrito
Makes 2 burritos
You'll need:
2 Tbsp olive oil
3 Spring onions, sliced
100g Chorizo, diced
25g Butter
4 Eggs, beaten
2 Gran Luchito burrito wraps
Gran Luchito chipotle salsa guacamole
1. Heat the oil and cook the spring onions and chorizo until crisp. Remove.
2. Melt butter in the pan, add eggs and scramble.
3. Season, then stir the chorizo back through.
4. Warm the wraps.
5. Fill with eggs, guacamole and a spoonful of Chipotle Salsa. Wrap and get stuck in.
