Cooking Instructions - General. Rinse rice with water once or twice before cooking.; Hob - From Ambient. Absorption Method:
1. Put 2 cups of water into a heavy saucepan and bring to the boil.
2. Stir in 1 cup of Fragrant Rice.
3. Cover, vent the cover lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and stand for 5 minutes.
5. Fluff with a fork as required.
Cover and cook on full power for 6 minutes. Stir then cook for a further 6 1/2 minutes.; Microwave - From Ambient. 1. Put 1 cup of Fragrant Rice into a deep Microwaveable dish.
2. Add 1 1/2 cups of boiling water.
Cover and cook on full power for 6 1/2 minutes. Stir then cook for a further 6 1/2 minutes.
3. Remove from microwave and stand for 5 minutes.
4. Fluff with a fork as required.
