tasty but small
Nice tasting. Easy to cook but shrinks down a lot.
Small but Good
Small portions for 2 to share, ideally a pack each would be best & given the flavour I suppose the price is good. , The boneless pieces cooked easily & quickly on the skin with the fat rendering quickly. Tasty meat & crispy finish & we enjoyed the flavour. If we see on offer we'll buy more next time.
Easy but far too small
These are nice as the fat is trimmed but they're too small
Easy to cook and tastes great. 3 for 10 quid offer very good too. Dolores from next door loved them too.
this was my most successful duck purchase of late. I seared it in a pan skin side down mostly then put it in the oven to finish while the oven chips were finishing off too. I only seasoned with salt and pepper and the flavour was fantastic! the fat all rendered away leaving crispy skin and supersoft melt in the mouth breast meat. an absolute triumph! I had bought them with Mexican fajitas in mind but glad I cooked it so simply to really appreciate a great bit of meat.
I bought these thinking they were 2 whole duck breasts. They were not. I should have read the word 'Portions'. Looked like one duck breast cut into two 'portions'. Tasted good but far too small.
