duck fat very good
I use this duck fat now to fry anything, it is much better for your heart than the cooking oils and lard etc. and it is really tasty, also when it splashes on your cooker it cleans off easier than oil, not as sticky. Also a jar of this size goes quite a long way.
We are lead to believe these days that duck fat might actually be good for you.Anyway that's what I would like to believe,because I use duck fat in my deep fryer which amongst other things makes brilliant chips. It has a high smoke point & I keep the fat reservoir in the fridge where out will keep fot a few months.
