Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 1. Remove all packaging and heat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
2. Cut away any sinew or discoloured parts.
3. Add the livers and season (to taste).
4. Cook for 6-7 minutes turning frequently to avoid burning. Serve immediately.
