Cooking Instructions - General. Eat out without going out in 10 minutes.
All ovens vary in performance, this is a guide only.
To cook the duck in the air fryer, refer to manufacturer guide.; Microwave - From Chilled. Alternatively
To cook the duck in the microwave. Peel back the film and remove pancakes and hoisin sauce. Place tray on a microwaveable plate in the microwave. Heat on full power for 50 seconds (800w), 40 seconds (900w). Stir, return to micowave and heat on full power for further 40 seconds (800w/900w); Oven cook - From Chilled. 1 Prepare to Cook...
...Oven cook from chilled. Preheat your oven to 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas Mark 6. Remove film. Remove hoisin sauce and pancakes from the tray and set aside.
2 Cook the Duck...
... Place the tray on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 10 minutes.
3 Assemble Pancakes...
... To heat the pancakes, place the bag in the microwave for 30 seconds (800w/900w). To serve spread some sauce on each pancake and add the shredded duck. Roll and enjoy!

Storage:
Keep refrigerated 0°C to +4°C.
Once opened, cook within 24 hours and do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack. This product has been previously frozen; however, if you do wish to re-freeze, it is safe to do so. If freezing, freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost thoroughly in the bottom of a refrigerator and cook within 24 hours. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.
