Good value - great taste
Good size, enough for 5 people.
Far too small for 4
Was supposed to feed 4 as a main or 8 as a starter but was not enough. Plum sauce was nice as were the pancakes just far too small. I would estimate using it as a starter for 2-3 really. Shame.
first off, the duck was a tiny anorexic that will not give the stated number of portions. it is comparatively expensive against similar products in other supermarkets. and what I'm now struggling with is the unpleasant after taste. I've brushed my teeth twice and used mouthwash but my mouth has a taste that seems like spring onions doused in chemicals. I will not have this again.
A meal for two
Good duck for pancakes or even just duck and rice. Product description on the box states it serves two. Easy to cook and serve.
Great meal. Pop in the oven for 50 and its done. Firm favourite when on offer
I dont know if we had a particularly skinny duck but no way would this feed four as a main or eight as a starter. It was tiny! Two of us shared it as a main and it was just about enough - we are not particularly greedy so I dont think that was the issue. It was difficult to shred as it was quite tough. I definitely dont recommend this and will not buy it again. M&S do a half duck (which includes the spring onions and cucumber) it tastes much better and has more meat for less money.
