Preparation and Usage

1. Brush with oil
2. Roast for 65 minutes
3. Let it rest, then carve

Cooking guidelines

Oven cook - From Chilled. 1. Preheat your oven to 190°C, Fan 170°, Gas mark 5 and remove all packaging.
2. Place the bird in a roasting tray and brush with oil. Cook in the middle of the oven for 65 minutes.
3. Rest the Guinea Fowl for 10 minutes before carving.
Cook until piping hot and the juices run clear. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

Suitable for freezing
Keep refrigerated 0°C to +4°C. Once opened, cook within 24 hours and do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack. If freezing, freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within three months. Defrost thoroughly in the bottom of a refrigerator and cook within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
