Product Information

This is the seventh release of a still Sauvignon Blanc produced the small planting at our Monkshatch sitc. 2025 was an amazing year at Greyfriars, characterised by a long, hot Summer and the earliest harvest ever. The grapes were picked on 29* September. After soaking for 18 hours the grapes were pressed and fermented in stainless stel tanks. This fresh and fruity wine was bottled in February 2026 and is a great example of English still wincmaking. We hope you enjoy drinking this wine as much as we enjoyed making it.
