Greyfriars Sparkling Cuvee

This wine is made from a blend ('Cuvée') of all three of the classic French varieties; Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The grapes were lovingly grown on our sunny south-facing chalk slopes and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Produced using the traditional method, this wine has matured in our cellars for over 40 months prior to release.
We hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we enjoyed making it.

It has a very clean and delicate mousse with vibrant apples and citrus fruit flavours.
The reserve wine addition gives the wine a generous and well rounded texture which reminds us of crumpets with butter.
Maturation : Bottled in July 2019 matured on lees for a minimum of 3 years
