Product Information
| This unique wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes lovingly grown by us in the Surrey Hills, and is the only sparkling expression of the variety produced in the UK (as far as we know). The grapes were hand picked and delicately pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Produced using the traditional method, this wine has matured in our cellars after bottling for over three years prior to release. We hope you enjoy drinking this wine as much as we enjoyed making it. |
Please drink responsibly: The UK Chief Medical Officers recommend adults do not regularly drink more than 14 units per week

History
This wine works incredibly well on its own as an aperitif but it will also pair beautifully with pan-
fried Dover sole with lemon and caper butter or grilled chicken breast with lemon and thyme,
fresh seafood starters, and mild creamy cheeses.
