Like eating toasted wholegrain bread
These are not like any waffles I've ever had before, be that ones I've had in America, in restaurants in the UK, ones I've made myself or other shop bought ones. They taste like brown bread and the texture is just not right. Sure if you want a wholewheat malted tasting dry waffle then go for it, otherwise avoid.
Truly horrid. Don’t buy!
These are truly disgusting and awful, the worst waffles I’ve ever eaten. Like eating cardboard. Have horrid hard bits in them and no flavour. Don’t waste your money, absolute rip off so very disappointed.
Cardboard
Cardboard texture, cardboard taste. Even a layer of maple syrup couldn’t hide the cardboard taste.
Easy to heat in toaster. 30 sec brekky
I have been told by my dietician to eat breakfast. These are so easy to throw in a toaster. 2 minutes and you have a filling tasty breakfast. I put maple syrup on mine or sometimes peanut butter. They are not full of flavour, that's what toppings are for. I like them. Not sweet at all. Just bland on their own..... Definitely buying them again if on sale , probably buy them anyway depending on other brands and whats on offer tbh.
ok
Exciting to get vegan waffles and super convenient but not amazing. Do taste a bit like cardboard which is ok if you put lots of tasty syrup on!
Good
Tasty both warm and cold, although they do not taste like real waffles. They are not too plump. Suitable for both sweet and savory dishes.
