lovely coffee but quite expensive
This is a very nice decaf coffee. It really tastes like caffeine which is good! However the only thing is it is very expensive, not the best value for money but if you want a decent cup of decaf and you are happy to splash out then I would recommend this one
Nice decaf but expesnive
Got sent this to review - We only drink decaf and this has a nice flavour, although some people would probably like it a bit stronger. Main downside was the price. We tend to buy Swiss water decaf beans for £20 / kg, so these are twice the price.
Mild smooth and really pleasant
I was sent these beans to review and have since bought them twice. They are very mild and smooth with a soft caramel undertone and very little fruit to the flavour but I really enjoy them. My other half didn't even notice they were decaffinated when I swapped them out for the first time! As a household with a bean to cup machine and a tendency to drink too much coffee, I half and half these with the normal fully caff beans and can have that extra cup on a weekend without getting the jitters! Plus the pink tin looks stylish on my counter. We will keep buying these.
Mild and Smooth
I was sent this for free by Ocado to review. It's pleasant, mild and smooth for a Decaf and the tin is nice, but the beans would be quite pricey for just themselves.
Pleasant taste but style over substance
These coffee beans were pleasant enough to taste and drink and possibly if they hadn't been decaffeinated I'd have enjoyed them more! Saying that, they are WAY too much money for what they are and for the alternatives available, and the pretty and stylish tin doesn't actually justify the extra £6 to alternative perfectly acceptable beans.
This tastes really good for decaf beans and also makes a lovely gift from anyone with a bean grinder! It's expensive, so I'd prefer it as a gift overall.
