These beans are grown in the shadows of the Aipe municipality Huila mountain range - so everything's that little bit darker. They might be washed in the mountain waters and sun dried- but it's too late. That deep flavour is already in. You don't have to sit in a room with the curtains drawn to enjoy it, but dang, why not? Might just be the best way to experience how the gentle tang of red fruits cuts through the hazelnut and caramel.

We’re an independent coffee roaster based on Meltham, Yorkshire. Grumpy Mule is part of Cafédirect Group. Cafetière/Filter
Measure two level dessert spoons (15g) of ground kick-ass coffee to 250ml of water per cup. Pour over water that's come off the boil (92-96°C), or else you could burn the brew.

For espresso
In your machine, add 14-18g of ground coffee for a double shot. Extraction time around 25 seconds.

Bag

Whole Packaging - Recycle with bags at large supermarket - Don't recycle at home

Storage:
Once opened, seal the pack tightly with a clip or peg. No need to put it in the fridge, that's nonsense.
