Ensure your equipment is spotlessly clean, use properly filtered water, and ensure your grinder is adjusted correctly.
Extraction Times
Contrary to popular belief, blondes don't really have more fun; we recommend an extraction time of 25-30 seconds with 14-18g of coffee.
